Hopspot: Antares in Córdoba

Antares is the first place in Argentina we came across that were more than just refreshing, they have taste.

During our stay in Argentina, we’d come across a few craft beers, but none had really made an impression on us. As we walked into Anteres in Córdoba however, we were greeted with that typical odour that is the mark of any good beer pub.

We were hopeful and, as we sat down on their rooftop terrace and tried a couple of their own brews, we were not disappointed. I won’t go so far as to claim that it was anything groundbreaking, but their beers were thoroughly enjoyable. The IPA in particular was nicely balanced, and at 6.6% ABV you can have a few in a single sitting.

This place is an easy recommendation, as it is not only the beers that are good, but also the service, food, and the view from the roof terrace. We’re happy we walked in here and would happily do so again.
